Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

  • Standard orders are processed, verified within 2-5 business days.

  • It takes 5-14 business days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. (excluding holidays, sales and weekends.)

Shipping Rates:

  • Standard Shipping: $2.99

  • International Shipping: $24.99

Changing Shipping Address:

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST IN THE MAIL OR ANY OTHER PROBLEMS NOT FAULTED TO US! ONCE YOUR STATUS IS DELIVERED WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE. 

Return Policy

We currently do not offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us. Refunds / exchanges are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items. We will gladly accept an item for an exchange IF APPLICABLE/ACCEPTABLE.
